    • Trenton Davis, MBA

      Trenton Davis Headshot 1Trenton Davis, MBA, is a thought leader and analytical problem solver who leads Salesforce’s Higher Education work with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). He partners with presidents, CIOs, and advancement leaders to modernize the student journey—leveraging an integrated, AI-ready platform to grow enrollment, elevate student success, and unlock new funding. A consistent revenue leader and team builder, Trenton turns strategy into measurable outcomes through clear roadmaps, strong stakeholder relationships, and compelling storytelling. Grounded in values of service, discipline, learning, and integrity, he’s passionate about expanding opportunity for underserved minority communities. Trenton believes lasting transformation starts with emotional intelligence—listening before leading, honoring lived experience, and turning empathy into accountable action. Trenton holds an MBA from North Carolina A&T State University, a B.S.from Kennesaw State University, and an Accredited Manager certificate from the American Management Association. Trenton is currently pursuing his PhD. in Leadership Studies at North Carolina A&T State University. He champions platform over point solutions, data over opinions, and people over process—so every student, family, and campus team can thrive.

    • Chinasa T. Okolo, PhD

      cto-brookings-headshotChinasa T. Okolo, PhD, is the Founder of Technecultura and a recent Computer Science Ph.D. graduate from Cornell University. Her research focuses on AI governance and safety for the Global Majority, datafication and algorithmic marginalization, and the geopolitical impacts of AI. Dr. Okolo has been recognized as one of the world’s most  influential people in AI by TIME, honored in the inaugural Forbes 30 Under 30 AI list, and advises numerous multilateral institutions, national governments, corporations, and nonprofits. She is a Policy Specialist at the United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies (ODET), a WBG Africa Fellow, a former Fellow at the Brookings Institution, and has worked in research-based roles at Apple and Microsoft. Her research has been covered widely in media outlets and published at top-tier venues in human-computer interaction and sociotechnical computing.

    • Monique Picou, MBA

      Monique PiccouMonique Picou, MBA,  is the Chief Product Supply Officer at Google Cloud. She is accountable for creating a transformation organization that centers on delivering customer requirements in the Technical Infrastructure organization within Cloud. Her organization’s mandate is to deliver and operate machine learning infrastructure while making Alphabet the trusted partner for customers by delivering unmatched speed, unwavering reliability, and unparalleled efficiency of our technical infrastructure. Picou previously held the position of Chief Strategy & Supply Chain officer for Sam’s Club. She was in charge of guiding the Sam’s enterprise through strategic choices to enable profitable growth. Prior to her role at Sam’s Picou was SVP Flow, Reverse, Imports & Fashion for Walmart US stores. She was accountable for the efficient movement of product from supplier to shelf of more than 100K SKUs. She spent more than 25 years with Procter & Gamble, delivering strong results across a variety of assignments. She concluded her career with P&Gas SVP, Global Health Care. 

      Monique holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She completed her MBA at Florida Tech. She and her husband Brian have been married for more than 25 years and have three children. Monique is a Board Director for Academy Sports and Outdoors, as well as Ryan Companies, LLC.
