Work at Morehouse
Join our talented and dedicated faculty and staff to support the most important mission in higher education. The Office of Human Resources works to enable collaboration across departments, attract and retain the best talent, foster training and skill-building, and help resolve challenges.
SUPPORTING THE MISSION
Each year, about 500 men of Morehouse walk across Century Campus to receive a Morehouse degree in one of the most time-honored rituals in all of higher education. They leave commencement and enter the world as Morehouse Men set to better their communities and the world.
While each of their journeys at a top HBCU in Georgia is unique they share a common thread: the unequivocal support of our entire staff. Unlike larger institutions, our employees provide individualized care and support to our students. Our employees serve the mission by supporting and mentoring the men who pursue an education here.
We work hard at Morehouse and embrace the collision of diverse points of view as we know it brings out the very best in us.
As a reward, we provide a generous retirement contribution as well as benefits that support health, well-being, and education — including tuition waivers for dependent children who qualify for admission to Morehouse, Spelman College, or Clark Atlanta University.
Regardless of your position, you will work alongside people who value the importance of higher education, creativity, teamwork, innovative problem-solving, and your perspective
If you’re ready to grow your career in support of a mission as big as ours, we look forward to hearing from you.
