    FREDERICK DOUGLASS ASC: Exam Proctoring

    Exam Proctoring Services (FDASC)

The Frederick Douglass Academic Success Center (FDASC) provides exam proctoring services for full-time faculty and adjunct instructors with students who require accommodations or need to complete make-up exams.

This service is designed to support instructors when students are unable to attend a scheduled exam due to documented conflicts or extenuating circumstances. FDASC proctoring is not intended to replace instructor-proctored exams. Faculty are encouraged to administer their own exams whenever possible. This service may be particularly useful for adjunct instructors who do not have access to dedicated office space or regular office hours.

    Scheduling Guidelines

    • Submit proctoring requests at least 72 hours in advance
    • Drop-in requests are not accepted
    • All requests must be submitted via the online proctoring request form

After submission, an FDASC administrative staff member will contact you to coordinate exam logistics, including scheduling, instructions for exam administration, and return or delivery options.

    Proctoring Hours
    Exams are administered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
