Event Inquiries
Room & Space Reservations
The Frederick Douglass Academic Success Center (FDASC) offers designated spaces for studying, meetings, workshops, and academic collaboration. Students, faculty, and staff may request to reserve available spaces within the center using 25Live.
Reservations are processed based on availability and intended use.
How to Reserve a Space
To request a room or study space in FDASC:
- Visit the Morehouse College 25Live reservation portal
- Log in using your Morehouse credentials
- Search for available FDASC spaces
- Select your preferred date and time
- Submit your reservation request
Please note that submitting a request does not automatically confirm your reservation. Requests are reviewed and approved based on space availability and center operations.
Available Uses for Reservation
FDASC spaces may be reserved for:
- Academic workshops
- Student organization academic and non-academic programming
- Faculty or staff academic support meetings
- Supplemental Instruction sessions
- Faculty Office hours
- Faculty training or instructional development workshops
- Faculty-led class sessions (including computer-based instruction)
- Reservations should be submitted at least 14 days in advance
- Space requests are subject to availability
- Reservations must begin and end within the requested timeframe
- Groups are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space
- Food and beverages may be limited based on room use
- Repeated no-shows may affect future reservation privileges
- FDASC spaces are intended to support academic success and student engagement.
- Reservation approvals will be sent through your Morehouse email.
- If your reservation needs to be changed or canceled, please update it in 25Live as soon as possible.
