MOREHOUSE COLLEGE
STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION
Since 1867, Morehouse College has pursued the transformative mission of developing leaders who uplift their communities, champion justice, and embody the College’s guiding principles of truth and service. In that spirit, and in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, Morehouse affirms that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law in any of its educational programs, activities, employment practices, or operations.
As a community devoted to shaping “Men of Morehouse” who lead with integrity, the College calls on every student, faculty member, staff member, and visitor to foster a climate of dignity and mutual respect. Morehouse pledges to respond promptly and equitably to any concern of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation; to offer supportive resources; and to hold itself accountable to the highest ethical standards that have defined the institution for more than 150 years.
