About Shayla Kanoy

Shayla Kanoy attended Georgia Gwinnett College, where she pursued and earned her bachelor's degree in business management. With over four years of experience in the customer service industry, Shayla finds fulfillment in providing assistance to others to the best of her abilities. This passion led her to join the Financial Aid department during her tenure as a work study student assistant at Georgia Gwinnett College. While initially equipped with basic knowledge of financial aid, Shayla found joy in aiding students facing challenges, guiding them through processes, and keeping them informed about any updates. Embracing her role within the Financial Aid team, Shayla sought to continue her journey and thus transitioned to become a Financial Aid Advisor at Morehouse College.
