About Kofi Kinney
Kofi Kinney, M.Ed., serves as Program Manager for the Morehouse Center for Excellence in Education. With more than 25 years of experience in education, she has served as a teacher, school leader, instructional coach, curriculum designer, leadership coach, and program manager. Throughout her career, Kofi has developed and facilitated professional learning, coached hundreds of educators and school leaders, and designed programs that strengthen educator preparation, development, and retention. In her role at the Morehouse Center for Excellence in Education, Kofi leads the design, implementation, and daily management of programs that prepare and develop educators and strengthen pathways into the profession. She coordinates program operations, recruits and supports participants and staff, manages program budgets and timelines, monitors progress toward program goals, and collaborates with schools, districts, higher education institutions, and community partners. Kofi also collects and analyzes program data and prepares project and progress reports for Morehouse College, funding partners, and other key stakeholders.
