    PROFILE

    John O’Neill has been fortunate to enjoy a variety of experiences within commercial real estate – most recently serving as President, U.S Multifamily Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield where our focus was: 1) maximizing C&W’s $500m investment into Greystone by building alignment and driving revenue across the collective enterprise 2) scaling Cushman’s Sales & Debt Advisory Business 3) integrating the power of the four multifamily businesses (Sales, Debt, Property Mgmt and Valuation & Advisory). to create value for the investors. Prior to multifamily, he held several leadership roles with responsibility for the growth and successful integration of all Investor and Occupier services throughout Midwest and Sunbelt geographies.

    Mr. O’Neill is active with the following organizations. Board member: Atlanta Police Foundation; Woodruff Arts Center and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Morehouse College Board of Trustees and the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Alumni Board. He was honored to serve as president of The Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and former chairman of the board of the Chastain Park Conservancy.

    Mr. O’Neill received a Psychology degree from the College of Charleston and an MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.

    He and his wife, Jada, have three sons – Reilly, Owen & Lachlan.
