About Glenwood Ross III
Formed by the values of Morehouse and guided by a passion for social justice, Glenwood “Trey” Ross III '11 has dedicated his life to education, empowerment, and equity.
Glenwood “Trey” Ross III serves as the Divisional Coordinator for the Business and Economics Department at Morehouse College, where he supports academic operations, faculty initiatives, and student-facing programs that advance excellence in business education. His role reflects both his organizational leadership and his deep belief in the transformative power of higher education.
A proud Morehouse man, Ross earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Morehouse College in 2011, an experience that helped shape his lifelong commitment to service, justice, and community impact. He later went on to earn a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University, further strengthening his expertise in systems, policy, and the social factors that influence opportunity and outcomes.
Ross’s professional journey is marked by resilience, growth, and a dedication to giving back. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit and community-based work, he has supported programs serving youth, families, and justice-impacted individuals. His work has included connecting incarcerated parents with their children, advocating for stable housing and reentry support, and mentoring individuals seeking a second chance. These experiences continue to inform his people-centered approach to administration and student support.
