USING THE MOREHOUSE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL (CURRENT STUDENTS)

Current students may apply using the Morehouse College Scholarship Portal. The scholarship portal has newly enhanced feature functionality and search capabilities to help students better match themselves with scholarship criteria. Current students can begin applying for HBCU scholarships now.

AUTOMATIC SCHOLARSHIP MATCH (ADMITTED STUDENTS)

Newly admitted students scheduled to enroll in the upcoming Fall semester at our HBCU in Georgia will be automatically considered for Internal Scholarships, External Scholarships, and HBCU scholarships based on their existing admissions application, except in special circumstances where they may be contacted directly for further information or directed to the scholarship portal.

Incoming new students who match the criteria for selected Morehouse College scholarships will receive awards based on their admission application.

To be eligible for Morehouse College scholarships, you must: 

• Be a newly admitted or currently enrolled Morehouse student  
• Meet the criteria established by the scholarship donors 
• Submit all required documents necessary for processing. We strongly encourage that you complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to maximize available scholarships opportunities.
• Maintain GPA, community service hours, or meet other conditions necessary for the scholarship 

Morehouse offers both general scholarships, which are open to all students, and scholarships restricted to those within a specific major or field of study. Morehouse College scholarships may be recommended to you at different times throughout the year as applications become available. Please make note of scholarship deadlines, as late submissions will not be accepted.
