Diplomas are not distributed on the day of the Commencement exercise.
Please allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery after diplomas are ordered, see schedule below. We will mail diplomas to the address specified on your graduation application. It is important that you include an active address.
Please verify your diploma mailing address and email address are up to date when you pick up your Commencement tickets to ensure that all information is accurate. International student diplomas will automatically ship to Morehouse if a U.S. address is not provided on the graduation application.
The diploma included in your graduation application fee is for the primary major only. This cannot be changed.
Diploma orders for second and third majors can be ordered and paid online using the established Diploma Re-Order Form listed on the website here: https://morehouse.edu/academics/registrar/forms.
Additional copies of your diploma for those with multiple majors (for any major on record) can be ordered any time after commencement.
Students who’ve completed their graduation requirements and do not have any holds preventing the distribution of their diploma should adhere to the delivery schedule below:

Official transcripts reflecting graduation information may be ordered at studentclearinghouse.org as soon as you have completed all degree requirements and met all administrative clearance obligations.

Delivery for diploma orders can take 6-8 weeks or longer depending on vendor peak production periods. If you have not received your diploma in the allotted timeframe, please feel free to contact us at records@morehouse.edu for a status update.
