Khadijah A. Robinson is a dynamic leader and advocate for Black entrepreneurship, known for her impactful work in scaling businesses, fostering community, and driving economic empowerment.
Ms. Robinson is an accomplished leader and advocate for Black entrepreneurship, currently serving as the LIFT Program Manager. She has an impressive track record of scaling teams, securing capital, and building partnerships that drive revenue and social impact. Khadijah founded The Nile List, a pioneering platform for discovering Black-owned e-commerce brands, which was later acquired by Empower Global, where she served as CEO. A former associate at Covington & Burling LLP, she has also served as a mentor, most recently for the Black Ambition Prize Competition. Khadijah's expertise spans law, technology, and business development, with a deep commitment to creating equitable opportunities and supporting underrepresented founders. Passionate about community-building, she is involved in nonprofit work and initiatives that empower Black businesses and promote economic equity.
