Your Obligation as an Employee

Employees contribute to this commitment by demonstrating inclusion, by intervening, offering support, and speaking up when others experience harm, and by meeting their reporting obligations.

Mandatory Reporters

Mandatory Reporters are employees with authority to address prohibited conduct. Mandatory Reporters should submit reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation using our TITLE IX online reporting form.
