Morehouse College Camps and Tryouts

At Morehouse College, we recognize that prospect camps and tryouts are vital opportunities for high school athletes to demonstrate their talent, gain exposure, and connect with college coaches. Participating in these events can be a key step toward earning a place on a collegiate team and advancing both athletic and academic aspirations.

Marching Band Camp

August 8-19th at the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center

Morehouse College Marching Band Camp mandatory for all incoming and returning band members. If you have not auditioned yet, please reach out the band director Dr. Chad Hughes at chad.hughes@morehouse.edu.

Please bring the following to Band Camp:

• White shirt and black shorts

• White socks

• Black marching boots (or appropriate sneakers)

• A water bottle (required daily to stay hydrated)
