Bio
Paula Resley is a senior marketing and communications executive with a proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel strategies that unify brand, drive revenue impact, and strengthen organizational leadership and reputation. She brings deep expertise across brand management, digital strategy, campaign development, content and storytelling, sales enablement, internal and external communications, public relations, and large-scale events.
Throughout her career, Paula has led marketing and communications functions across a wide range of industries and organizational models - including Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded organizations, pre-IPO environments, privately held agencies, and nonprofit institutions. She currently serves as Chief Brand Officer and Vice President of the Office of Strategic Marketing, Communications, and Admissions.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida and has earned multiple professional certifications, including Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing from the American Marketing Association, Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, and certification in change management.
Her leadership philosophy centers on leading with integrity, modeling excellence, and believing that success is a team endeavor. Paula is deeply committed to developing people, helping individuals identify and leverage their unique strengths, and creating environments where teams can thrive collectively. This values-driven approach underpins her longstanding commitment to service and community engagement.
Paula has served as Board President of Saved by God's Grace, Marketing Board Chair for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Digital Health Society, and Board Member of Heaven on Earth Society for Animals. In the latter role, she provided strategic marketing leadership during the organization's launch of Perry's Place in partnership with Seth MacFarlane, honoring his mother.
She has also supported numerous organizations through volunteer leadership and ongoing philanthropy, including Best Friends/NKLA, Atlanta Humane Society, ASPCA, World Wildlife Fund, PAWS Atlanta, Wild Nest Bird Rehabilitation, and Crossroads
Hospice.
Outside of her professional and service commitments, Paula enjoys traveling, participating in fitness classes, volunteering for meaningful causes, and spending time with friends, family, and her rescue dog. A Michigan native, she has lived and worked across the country, including Florida, Virginia/Washington, D.C., Southern California, and Atlanta
