    Ms. Goolsby is the HBCU STEM Program Manager at Morehouse College, where she plays a crucial role in advancing STEM education and student development. With a strong commitment to fostering academic excellence, she earned her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University, where she developed a passion for improving higher education access and outcomes for underrepresented students.

    In her current role, Ms. Goolsby has successfully developed and overseen the P.E.E.R. Program, a key initiative designed to enhance student engagement and support within STEM fields. Through strategic planning and careful oversight, she ensures that all budget expenditures align with the department’s long-term goals while maximizing the program's impact. Under her leadership, the P.E.E.R.
