Profile Setup and Deadlines

For the upcoming academic year, all students are required to upload their health records to our secure Patient Portal by the deadline.

Deadlines:
Incoming Fall Students: June 1st
Incoming Spring Students: December 1st

These records include immunization records and a tuberculosis test. Providing these records helps us promptly and efficiently meet each student’s medical needs and provide tailored recommendations for wellness and preventative care. We strongly encourage you to utilize the Immunization Form provided in the link below to expedite your medical clearance process. Please allow up to 10 business days for review of uploaded medical records.

It's important to note that uploading health records is required for students who live on campus, attend classes on campus, or participate in in-person events. If you don't upload your records by the priority deadline, you may not be able to access these activities and services immediately, or there may be a delay until your records are submitted.
