Otis Moss Suites

Inside Otis Moss Suites
The Otis Moss Residential Suites (East and West) houses up to 360 students. The apartment-style living quarters allow students to take command of their daily activities with a sense of independence. Students can have a meal plan or utilize the kitchens (only available in apartment-style suites) to prepare meals. Residents also have access to laundry facilities, study rooms, and community lounges in each building. The Otis Moss Residential Suites offers an off-campus feel that allows students to prepare for post-graduate responsibilities and experiences through an independent living program designed to educate and promote responsibility.

Twice named one of “America’s 15 Greatest Black Preachers” by Ebony Magazine, Rev. Dr. Otis Moss Jr. ’56 is the pastor emeritus of Olivet Institutional Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He served as the chair of Morehouse College’s board of trustees for eleven years.  He was inducted into the International Civil Rights Walk of Fame and served as an advisor to former president Jimmy Carter. He also served as board member and regional director of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) during Dr. Martin Luther King’s tenure as founding president and served as national board member and trustee of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change.
