Expectations of Visitors and Vendors

Visitors
Visitors are those who are not faculty, staff, or students at Morehouse or another Atlanta University Center Consortium institution.
  • Visitors are required to always wear a face mask and maintain a physical distance of six feet while on campuses
  • Visitors are prohibited from being on campus if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks, are exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness of COVID-19, or were in close contact to someone confirmed to have COVID-19
  • Depending on their relationship to the institution including the extent of time they spend on campus and the type and duration of engagement with institution employees and students, some visitors may be required to participate in Morehouse vaccination protocols
Vendors
Vendors provide products and/or services to the institution and are not formally considered visitors.
  • Vendors are required to always wear a face mask and maintain a physical distance of six feet while on campuses
  • Vendors are prohibited from being on campus if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks, are exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness of COVID-19, or were in close contact to someone confirmed to have COVID-19
  • Depending on their relationship to the institution including the extent of time they spend on campus and the type and duration of engagement with institution employees and students, some vendors (unvaccinated and non-fully vaccinated) may be required to participate in Morehouse testing and vaccination protocols (especially if no mandated regular testing regime is mandated by their employer)
