The Maurice Washington Emerging Leaders Program (MWELP) is a two-semester program designed for first-year, second year, and transfer students to develop effective leadership, career readiness, financial literacy, and mental health coping skills. This program focuses on preparing students to succeed and contribute to the Morehouse College community as student leaders by creating a foundational framework in their first two years at the college.
