Purpose: The Morehouse College Employee Handbook contains personnel procedures and practices that have been developed to promote a climate of trust, understanding and productivity. Our Handbook is designed to provide information and guidance for employees in performing their personnel responsibilities. It is also intended to reduce difficulties and misunderstandings that might arise.
