Research Faculty
Development Core

Administrative Core | Research Core | Academic Core | Shared Core | Renovations Core

This core provides research support to faculty members interested in health disparities, life sciences, behavioral and social sciences, and health related areas of research. Additionally, mentors from the research intensive universities (Morehouse School of Medicine, CDC, and Emory University.) mentors the junior faculty on research grant preparation and paper development strategies. Funding to support faculty travel to national meetings in their research areas provides opportunities to enhance both content knowledge and new research approaches.
