PSEP Absence Forms

In the past, we have received inquiries regarding late check-in, graduation trips, as well as early departures.  In order to better facilitate the submission of this information, we have created electronic forms that you MUST use to document your requests.  Below you will find links to the forms that we are asking parents to use to request for their sons to leave campus, arrive early/late, and/or depart early from the Pre-Freshman Summer Enrichment Program. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the PSEP staff.
