Overview

The Controller's Office is a unit of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and manages Morehouse’s accounting, payroll and treasury services. We manage internal controls and ensure conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and regulations. Our services offerings also include general accounting, grants, accounts payable, risk management, travel, and financial reporting.

 

The primary mission of the Controller's office is to provide financial information and establish and communicate policies and procedures necessary to ensure the proper and efficient use of the College’s resources. Our goal is to provide clear, concise, and timely dissemination of policies and procedures and prompt and accurate processing of all financial transactions. We partner with the Morehouse community to create seamless and efficient financial infrastructure and processes.
