Overview The Office of Financial Planning, Analysis and Budgets (FPAB) is a unit of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and it manages Morehouse’s budgeting and financial operations. Our mission is to effectively manage the financial resources of Morehouse College in support of its mission of instruction, research and public service. To fulfill its mission, FPAB provides the administration with objective, accurate and timely information and analyses to inform decision making and strategic planning processes. FPAB also works collaboratively with academic and administrative units to guide the annual budget development process, to assess ongoing budget and planning issues, and to ensure that all budgetary expenditures conform to College policies and procedures as well as external regulations.
